If you contribute a plan to the Marketplace, you grant ignitd.ai and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to view, use, and adapt your contributed plan. You retain ownership but agree to make it available to the community.
Attribution: Contributors receive public credit unless they opt for anonymous submission. You can request removal of your contributions at any time.
We use third-party AI services to process your content for requested features. Provider handling and retention are governed by provider policies and applicable agreements.

Export Integrations: Notion, Todoist, and Google Calendar integrations are optional. You control when and where your data is exported. You can disconnect these integrations at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled when using these integrations.
Parse Engine Disclaimer: Our parse engine strives for accuracy but may not perfectly parse all AI outputs. Results are provided "as is" and may require manual editing.
You can contribute plans to the Marketplace to help other users. By contributing:
Marketplace contributions are subject to post-approval moderation with community reporting. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Marketplace plans are provided "as is." We're not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of contributed plans. Use at your own discretion.
You can share plans with others using our collaboration features. When sharing:
Sharing Limits: Free tier users can share 1 plan. Pro tier users have unlimited sharing.
Early Access Notice: ignitd.ai is a new product under active development. While we've built a production-grade platform, the service may occasionally have bugs, downtime, or feature changes as we continue to improve.
We'll provide reasonable notice before any significant changes that affect core functionality.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect core functionality.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you've used fewer than 20 AI generations. This protects against abuse while showing confidence in our product.
Australian Consumer Law: This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law, which provides refunds for faulty or misleading products.
We'll provide 60 days notice of price increases. Your current billing cycle will not be affected — new rates apply at your next renewal. We may grandfather existing customers at the old price for loyalty.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain Pro features until the period ends.
If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you'll need to delete plans to stay within the 3-plan limit. We'll provide export options before downgrading.

You can delete your account at any time. You can export your data before deletion in JSON, CSV, or Markdown formats.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or inactivity (12+ months). We'll provide notice where reasonably possible.
Data Retention: Your data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except aggregated analytics data (anonymized). Backups may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.
You can request immediate deletion for GDPR/privacy compliance.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Marketplace contributions may remain unless you request removal. Your data will be deleted as described above.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at privacy@ignitd.ai. We'll attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
If negotiation fails, you may choose mediation through an agreed mediator. Mediation is voluntary and non-binding.
